Marc Gugliuzza started his career as a Certified Financial Planner (TM) advising clients on their financial futures. It was during this time that he learned the importance of living trusts as a tool in estate planning. Most local attorneys charged thousands of dollars for what seemed like simple documents. As a result, Marc decided to attend law school and then passed both the Illinois and Hawaii bar exams. He founded AvoidProbate with the goal of combining his legal and financial beckgrounds into a law firm unlike any other.
